We are seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer to enhance our AI Engineering team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions tailored for MarTech applications. The position demands practical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native application development.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing autonomous agent systems with advanced capabilities in planning, reasoning, tool invocation, and workflow execution.

You will build agent workflows utilizing robust agent orchestration frameworks and develop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations. Emphasis will also be placed on enabling human-in-the-loop controls and establishing effective agent governance mechanisms.

In LLM & Generative AI Engineering, you will evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate LLMs for various business use cases. Developing comprehensive prompt engineering and management strategies, alongside optimizing model performance, latency, cost, and response quality, will be crucial. You will also implement sophisticated model evaluation and monitoring frameworks.

For Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), you will design and implement enterprise-scale RAG solutions. This includes building pipelines for document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking. Managing vector databases and knowledge repositories, and improving factual accuracy while mitigating AI hallucinations through grounded retrieval strategies, are essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive Full Stack Developer experience, with proficiency in Java, React, Next.js, Python, REST APIs, and SQL.

Experience with Azure Cloud Platform, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Blob Storage, is required.

A strong understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI and LLMs are fundamental requirements for this position.
