This position requires a hands-on engineer to build scalable AI/ML capabilities and manage the entire machine learning lifecycle. You'll work with modern AI platforms and collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to ensure AI solutions are robust, efficient, and integrated into production environments. Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendations, classification, regression, and anomaly detection. Translate complex business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions, applying statistical modeling and data science techniques. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model experimentation. Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, covering data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment via APIs and containerized services, focusing on monitoring accuracy, latency, and reliability. Support observability capabilities, including logging and alerting, and participate in troubleshooting production issues. Collaborate with data engineering teams to create scalable data pipelines and integrate AI/ML into enterprise applications. Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles for fairness, transparency, and governance.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering. Essential skills include developing and deploying ML solutions in enterprise or cloud settings, building production-ready AI systems, and working with APIs and distributed data platforms. A solid understanding of ML fundamentals, statistical modeling, model evaluation, and feature engineering is crucial. Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and Responsible AI concepts is expected. Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is mandatory.
