Develop technical solutions by understanding feature requirements and considering scalability, extensibility, and security. Break down features into workable stories and collaborate closely with Product & Development teams. Present technical solutions clearly and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders. Own features from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion. Analyze and provide complete technical solutions for complex problems, managing the application's technology stack with modern approaches. Interpret and explain technical concepts within your area of expertise.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML engineering. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Camunda, Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL, and Kafka is essential. Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and familiarity with web components is expected. Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for reporting is necessary. You should have solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services, including Azure Document Intelligence Service, is crucial. Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures, along with LLM evaluation frameworks, is a strong asset. Experience in the healthcare industry and working within an Agile environment is preferred.
