Drive the design and development of next-generation AI and ML solutions for healthcare applications. Build and refine machine learning models, including deep learning and NLP systems, focusing on areas like NLU, NLG, and time-series forecasting. Leverage expertise in RAG, LangChain, and Vector Databases to enhance model capabilities and performance. Optimize and manage the lifecycle of NLP and ML models across various products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Lead complex proof-of-concept initiatives and manage technology roadmaps for AI/ML solutions. Oversee the end-to-end machine learning development pipeline, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and performance monitoring. Establish rigorous best practices for the deep learning development cycle to guarantee high-quality outcomes. Work autonomously to solve intricate business challenges and architect scalable ML solutions.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field. Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong foundation in Python, pandas, NumPy, and SQL. Demonstrate proficiency in the complete AI/ML project lifecycle, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis. Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects is essential.

Familiarity with RAG modeling using vector databases such as Milvus, Chroma, or FAISS is required. Solid understanding of discriminative AI model development and generative AI applications is expected. Experience with Python frameworks like Flask API and FastAPI, coupled with a strong grasp of ML/DL algorithms and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, is crucial for success in this role.
