This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that improve health outcomes for millions. You'll be part of an inclusive culture with talented colleagues, comprehensive benefits, and ample career development opportunities.

Advance health optimization on a global scale by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need. We are dedicated to Caring, Connecting, and Growing together to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions, integrating LLMs, memory, and multi-step reasoning. Build and maintain RAG applications leveraging vector databases, document ingestion, and expert prompt engineering. Develop AI-driven workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence.

Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native platforms using frameworks like Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph. Develop scalable backend services with Java/Spring Boot and/or Python. Implement robust prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring for AI systems.

Work with cloud services on AWS and/or Azure, including AI/ML, compute, and containerization. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions. Explore and evaluate new AI tools and LLM providers, ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is required. You should possess over 3 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on building AI/GenAI or LLM-based applications like agentic solutions or RAG systems.

Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and proficiency with at least one GenAI framework such as Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (compute, storage, AI/ML services) is essential.

Solid programming skills in Java/Spring Boot and/or Python are necessary, along with a good understanding of RAG fundamentals, agentic concepts, REST APIs, microservices, Git, CI/CD, and Docker. Strong problem-solving abilities and an awareness of security, privacy, and responsible AI practices are key.
