Drive automation initiatives within Shared Services, focusing on identification and assessment. Develop solutions using RPA tools like UI Path and Power Automate. You will define, design, configure, test, deploy, and integrate new and enhanced automations.

Participate in ETE development and provide support through hyper-care or warranty periods. Lead and contribute to various meetings to define and design automation solutions. Construct and maintain efficient, reusable code with RPA software and tools.

Engage in testing activities, including integration and end-to-end business process testing. Lead problem identification and error resolution, including tracking and reporting defects. Create and maintain essential lifecycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution designs, and operating instructions.

Coordinate approval sign-offs from business and technical teams. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and support QA activities as needed. Ensure compliance with all company policies and directives.

Possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive IT experience. You should have over 3 years of experience in programming and/or analyst roles within healthcare, finance, or administrative business processes, systems, and applications.

Demonstrate at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using Java or various automation tools. A strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile) is essential.

Familiarity with AI, ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG is required. Proficiency in advanced Java and a good understanding of .Net (CSharp or VBA.net) platforms are also necessary.
