Join our Global AP Platform team as an Associate Accounts Payable Expert. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking to contribute to a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end process of external supplier invoice processing and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Furthermore, you'll provide essential helpdesk support to address vendor queries, maintaining strong relationships and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include meticulously processing external supplier invoices, managing the timely payment of vendor invoices, and acting as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries. You will support experienced finance specialists by providing progress reporting, efficient task management, and thorough documentation for all finance activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

We are seeking experienced professionals for this role, ideally with a background in Finance Administration. A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders is essential. The candidate should be capable of taking initiative while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues. A degree in Commerce (B.Com) is preferred for this position.
