As a Lead Analyst, you will provide day-to-day operational support for global HR systems, ensuring their health and sustainability. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues using Workday HCM functional expertise, focusing on business process configuration, calculated fields, integrations, and security. You will act as a Lead Consultant for global HR systems, data, and processes, identifying and articulating impacts and constraints.

You will partner with the business to define functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvement through new functionality. Delivering prioritized initiatives from discovery to stabilization, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, is crucial. You will also develop technical documentation, communicate system changes effectively, and advocate for HR solutions by staying informed on new trends and technologies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) is preferred. We require a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting and delivering complex IT solutions, with a preference for 9+ years. Specific experience includes at least 5 years of configuring, solutioning, and supporting Workday HCM Core.

Demonstrated ability to work on project teams for complex, global system implementations is essential. You should be adept at gathering and translating business requirements into specifications, analyzing, designing, and supporting data, processes, and technology. Experience with production support, managing multiple tasks, effective communication with technical and business partners, and working both independently and collaboratively are key. Experience in a global company environment is also valued.
