This role focuses on leading the implementation and deployment of Workato-based integration solutions for clients. You will guide projects from initial requirements gathering and technical design through to successful deployment, testing, and ongoing support. The position demands strong technical acumen, extensive hands-on Workato experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members while upholding best practices and standards.

Manage the complete lifecycle of Workato integrations, including design, configuration, and testing. Set up and configure Workato environments to support robust integration solutions. Translate business needs into detailed technical designs and develop integration flows. Facilitate data integration accuracy by conducting field mapping sessions. Adhere to and promote integration standards and best practices throughout project delivery. Develop comprehensive technical design specifications. Serve as a key liaison between application teams and stakeholders for seamless integration. Execute end-to-end testing for integrated solution components and prototypes. Lead test planning, execution, and provide optimization support. Mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts in Workato and implementation. Provide post-implementation support to enhance user adoption and system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize business disruption. Estimate project efforts, including complexity, time, and resource needs. Collaborate effectively with Product/Project Managers, document requirements, and manage system SMEs to resolve blockers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field. 7-9 years of experience in Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations. Minimum 4 years of direct Workato integration experience. Relevant Workato certifications (Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3) are essential. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language like JavaScript. Demonstrated experience implementing complex, scalable, and high-volume integrations. Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL integration patterns. Proven ability to integrate both cloud and on-premises applications. Strong command of API management and web services technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL). Understanding of authorization and authentication protocols (WS-Security, OAuth). Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation management skills.
