Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated user interfaces using modern web technologies.

Drive the adoption of best practices in front-end development, including code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, translating them into seamless and responsive web experiences.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in software development is required.

Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React is essential.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP is a must, along with at least three years focused on cloud-based technologies.
