Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation, as well as handling submissions and appeals. You will lead a team in managing transfer pricing compliance and litigation, while regularly engaging with clients to grasp their unique requirements.

Further duties involve reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to shape optimal case strategies, ensuring the timely completion of TPO replies, and preparing service fee proposals. You will also assist in pitching for new service opportunities, foster cross-line-of-service integration, and compile tribunal decisions for clarity. Providing advice on domestic transaction transfer pricing and supporting Advance Pricing Agreements are also part of the role.

We are seeking candidates with a CA qualification or an MBA in Finance from a premier institute, coupled with 3-4 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. A proven ability to lead a team and interact effectively with clients is essential for success in this role.
