This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to complex international tax issues for multinational corporations. You'll be an integral part of our renowned Tax Practice at Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP, known for delivering innovative solutions and strategic implementation for our clients.

Prepare and file essential accountant's reports, including Form 3CEB for cross-border transactions. Draft comprehensive submissions and appeals for tax authorities, ensuring adherence to appropriate syntax.

Conduct in-depth benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline databases to advise clients on maintaining appropriate arm's length principles. Represent clients effectively before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A).

Support crucial Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, and low-risk model implementation. Advise clients on the latest domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity. Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs through functional interviews.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in CA and ideally 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. A keen analytical mind and excellent communication skills are essential.
