This role focuses on Transfer Pricing (TP) advisory, compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and controversy management. You will be instrumental in ensuring multinational corporations adhere to tax regulations and optimize their cross-border transactions.

Leverage your expertise within Deloitte's Tax Practice to deliver strategic and implementation solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative and transformative client engagements.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline. You will advise clients on appropriate arm's length transactions and represent them before various tax authorities.

This role also involves assisting in TP advisory and restructuring assignments, focusing on cost allocation, profit planning, and intellectual property restructuring. Additionally, you will advise on domestic TP amendments and review inter-company agreements. Client visits and functional interviews will be integral to understanding business operations.

Candidates should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. A preference is given to those with 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with tax databases are essential. Excellent communication and representation skills are also required for engaging with tax authorities and clients.
