This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading tax practice, assisting multinational corporations with complex cross-border transactions and tax authority interactions. You will leverage your expertise to ensure compliance and provide strategic advisory services.

Prepare and file Form 3CEB, detailing cross-border transactions. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities.

Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising clients on arm's length principles. Represent clients before tax authorities like TPOs and CIT(A).

Assist with Transfer Pricing advisory, restructuring, and planning assignments, including cost allocation and profit planning. Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements. Visit clients to understand business operations and conduct functional interviews.

This position is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, holding a CA qualification. Strong technical knowledge and conceptual clarity are essential.

Key responsibilities include preparing statutory filings, drafting legal documents for tax authorities, and conducting in-depth financial analysis. The role requires strong communication and client-facing skills for effective representation and advisory services.
