Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB for cross-border transactions, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and conducting crucial benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline. You will also represent clients before various tax authorities, assist with transfer pricing advisory and restructuring, and advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments. Reviewing inter-company agreements and conducting client site visits for functional interviews are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking a CA with 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing and filing Form 3CEB, drafting tax authority submissions, and conducting benchmarking studies. Experience in representing clients before TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A) is essential. Familiarity with transfer pricing advisory, restructuring, and domestic transfer pricing amendments is highly valued. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand client business through site visits and interviews are also expected.
