Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation. You will also manage the preparation of submissions and appeals, alongside monitoring a team dedicated to transfer pricing compliance and litigation.

Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and offer strategic advice. This involves reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to develop optimal case strategies and ensuring timely submission of TPO replies. You will also prepare service fee proposals and assist in pitching for new service opportunities.

Foster integration across service lines within the transfer pricing domain. Deepen your understanding of client businesses through regular interactions and meetings. Compile and summarize tribunal decisions for clarity and review transfer pricing reports for accuracy and completeness. Provide expert advice on the applicability of transfer pricing to domestic transactions and support Advance Pricing Agreement assignments. Implement best practices to optimize workflows.

We are seeking candidates who hold a CA or an MBA from a premier finance institute. This role is based in Mumbai.

Essential skills encompass a strong understanding of Transfer Pricing, Compliance, APA, and Controversy Management. Proficiency in preparing Form 3CEB and managing tax litigation is crucial.
