- Prepare and file Form 3CEB for multinational cross-border transactions. - Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities. - Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising on arm's length principles. - Represent clients before various tax authorities including TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). - Assist in transfer pricing advisory, restructuring, cost allocation, profit planning, and IP restructuring. - Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements. - Engage with clients to understand their business and conduct functional interviews.

We are seeking a professional with strong technical knowledge and clear conceptual understanding. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. Ideally, you will possess 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. This role demands analytical rigor and the ability to engage effectively with clients and tax authorities.
