Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. Draft compelling submissions and appeals tailored for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline databases to advise clients on arm's length transfer pricing. Represent clients before tax authorities, including TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). Assist with transfer pricing advisory and restructuring, including cost allocation, profit planning, and low-risk model transitions. Advise on the application of domestic transfer pricing amendments to client businesses. Review inter-company agreements between subsidiaries for accuracy and authenticity. Engage with clients through site visits and functional interviews to understand their business operations.

Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is required. 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing is preferred. Ability to conduct detailed benchmarking studies and provide strategic advisory. Experience in representing clients before tax authorities is advantageous. Strong understanding of cross-border transactions and international tax regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and functional interviews. Familiarity with relevant databases such as Prowess and Capitaline.
