Key responsibilities involve the preparation and review of Form 3CEB and comprehensive transfer pricing documentation. You will manage a team, oversee compliance and litigation, and interact extensively with clients to understand and meet their needs. This includes reviewing submissions, managing appeals, and ensuring timely replies to Tax Office (TPO) queries. You'll also be involved in preparing service fee proposals, pitching for new business, and ensuring integration with other service lines.

Candidates should possess a CA or MBA Finance from a premier institute. Experience in transfer pricing, tax compliance, APA, and controversy management is essential. Strong client interaction and team management skills are also critical for success in this role.
