Your responsibilities will encompass the preparation and filing of Form 3CEB accountant's reports, detailing multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. You will also draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities and conduct in-depth benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline.

Further duties include advising clients on appropriate arm's length principles through planning memos, representing clients before various tax authorities, and assisting in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments. You will also play a key role in transfer pricing planning, cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and intellectual property restructuring. Advising on domestic transfer pricing amendments and reviewing inter-company agreements are also integral parts of this role, alongside client visits and functional interviews to understand their business.

The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and preferably have 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
