As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in navigating complex cross-border transactions and providing strategic tax advice. You will collaborate with clients and tax authorities, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing tax structures. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking to make a significant impact in the field of international taxation.

Prepare and file Form 3CEB accountant's reports detailing cross-border transactions for multinational corporations. Draft submissions and appeals with precision for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline databases to advise clients on appropriate arm's length strategies. Represent clients before tax authorities including TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation and profit planning. Advise clients on the application of domestic transfer pricing amendments. Review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity. Engage with clients to understand their business operations through functional interviews.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. Possess 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. Demonstrated ability to conduct benchmarking studies and analyze financial data. Strong understanding of domestic and international tax regulations, particularly in Transfer Pricing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and representation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
