As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding multinational corporations through complex tax landscapes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and filing Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline. You will advise clients on maintaining arm's length pricing through planning memos and represent them before tax authorities. The role also involves assisting in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, and intellectual property restructuring. You will also advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements, alongside visiting clients to understand their business operations and conduct functional interviews.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to client engagement are essential. Familiarity with tax databases like Prowess and Capitaline is required. Excellent communication and drafting skills are necessary for preparing submissions and advisory memos. This role is based in Kolkata.
