Deloitte's Tax Practice is renowned for its innovative approach to solving client challenges. We provide comprehensive strategy and implementation services, guiding clients through business and technology transformations to ensure market leadership.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and filing accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) for multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. You will draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities, conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, and advise clients on appropriate arm's length principles.

Further duties involve representing clients before tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). You will support Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, low-risk model transitions, agreement drafting, and IP restructuring. Advising on domestic transfer pricing amendments and reviewing inter-company agreements are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a CA qualification and preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. This position is based in Kolkata.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and regulations. Experience in client representation and advisory roles is highly valued. An ability to understand client businesses through site visits and functional interviews is essential.
