As an Assistant Manager, you'll engage with tax authorities and provide strategic planning advice. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in transfer pricing within a leading professional services firm.

Prepare and file accountant's reports in Form 3CEB for multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising clients on appropriate arm's length principles through planning memos. Represent clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory, restructuring, and key planning assignments including cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and IP restructuring. Advise clients on domestic transfer pricing amendments. Review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity. Conduct client visits and functional interviews to understand business operations.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing. Familiarity with tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). Experience with benchmarking databases such as Prowess and Capitaline is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
