This opportunity is with Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP, a leader in providing comprehensive tax solutions. We are looking for professionals who can contribute to innovation, transformation, and client success in the complex world of tax.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions. You will draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities, conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, and advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing.

Further duties involve representing clients before various tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). You will also assist in Transfer Pricing advisory, restructuring assignments, and key planning initiatives like cost allocation and profit shifting. Reviewing inter-company agreements and understanding client businesses through site visits and functional interviews are also integral parts of this role.

We seek candidates with a CA qualification and preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to draft precise documentation for tax authorities, and proficiency in conducting financial benchmarking studies.

Successful candidates will be adept at advising clients on domestic transfer pricing amendments and managing inter-company agreements. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential for understanding business needs and conducting functional interviews effectively.
