Join our dynamic TP Advisory team in Hyderabad as an Assistant Manager. This role focuses on Transfer Pricing (TP), Compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and Controversy management. You'll be instrumental in guiding multinational corporations through complex cross-border transactions and tax authority interactions.

Leverage your expertise to deliver strategic insights and implementation support, ensuring clients navigate the intricacies of tax regulations effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within Deloitte's renowned Tax Practice.

Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities with precision. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline to advise clients on arm's length pricing through planning memos. Represent clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A).

Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, low-risk model transitions, agreement drafting, and IP restructuring. Advise on the applicability of domestic transfer pricing amendments. Review inter-company agreements for correctness and authenticity. Engage with clients to understand their business and conduct functional interviews.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The role is based in Hyderabad, IN. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles are essential. Experience with tax databases like Prowess and Capitaline is advantageous. Excellent communication and representation skills are required to interact effectively with clients and tax authorities.
