This role focuses on comprehensive compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and controversy management for multinational corporations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients navigate complex cross-border tax regulations effectively.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies. You will advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing through advisory planning memos and represent them before tax authorities. The role also involves assisting with transfer pricing advisory, restructuring assignments, cost allocation, profit planning, and reviewing inter-company agreements. You'll also visit clients to understand their business needs and conduct functional interviews.

This position requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Ideally, candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies using databases like Prowess and Capitaline is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary for client interactions and preparing detailed documentation. The ability to understand and advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments is also key.
