Join our dynamic team in Delhi as an Assistant Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing (TP) Advisory, Compliance, APA, and Controversy management. This role is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, a leader in providing clients with strategy and implementation solutions. You'll be instrumental in helping multinational corporations navigate complex cross-border transactions and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing accountant's reports (Form 3CEB), drafting submissions for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies using databases like Prowess and Capitaline. You will advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing and represent them before tax authorities such as TPOs and CIT(A). The role also involves assisting in TP advisory, restructuring assignments, and planning, including cost allocation and profit planning. Furthermore, you'll advise on domestic TP amendments and review inter-company agreements. Client visits and functional interviews will be part of understanding their business operations.

Candidates must possess a CA qualification. Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing is preferred. This onsite position is based in Delhi.
