This role offers a significant opportunity to engage with multinational corporations, managing complex transfer pricing, compliance, APA, and controversy matters. You will be instrumental in shaping tax strategies and ensuring regulatory adherence for our clients.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions. You will also draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities, conduct database benchmarking studies (Prowess, Capitaline), and advise on appropriate arm's length principles. Represent clients before tax authorities, assist in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, and review inter-company agreements. Your role will involve understanding client businesses through site visits and functional interviews.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong understanding of tax regulations, benchmarking studies, and excellent communication skills are essential. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively in a client-facing environment.
