Join our dynamic Transfer Pricing team in Delhi as an Assistant Manager. You will play a crucial role in TP Advisory, Compliance, APA, and Controversy management for multinational corporations.

- Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions. - Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities in the correct legal format. - Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising on appropriate arm's length principles. - Represent clients before tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). - Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring, including cost allocation, profit planning, and IP restructuring.

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA). - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. - Strong understanding of domestic transfer pricing amendments. - Ability to review inter-company agreements for accuracy and compliance. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills for functional interviews and business understanding.
