As part of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP, you will contribute to our leading Tax Practice, delivering strategic insights and implementation support to clients navigating the evolving global tax landscape. Prepare and file Accountant's Reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions for multinational corporations. Draft submissions and appeals with appropriate syntax for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising clients on arm's length pricing through planning memos. Represent clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). Support Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, and low-risk model transitions. Review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and conduct functional interviews.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong understanding of tax advisory, compliance, and controversy management is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to conduct benchmarking studies and advise clients effectively on transfer pricing regulations and planning. Experience in drafting submissions for tax authorities and client-facing roles is highly valued.
