Our Tax Practice is renowned for delivering innovative strategies and implementation, blending business and technology insights to help clients excel in their competitive markets. You'll be at the forefront of solving some of the most intricate client challenges.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions. You will draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities and conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline to advise clients on arm's length pricing.

Further duties involve representing clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). You will also assist in transfer pricing advisory, restructuring assignments, and key planning initiatives like cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and intellectual property restructuring. Advising on domestic transfer pricing amendments and reviewing inter-company agreements are also integral to this role. Client visits and functional interviews to understand business operations will be expected.

Ideal candidates will possess a CA qualification and preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical foundation and clear conceptual understanding are essential. This position is based in Delhi, IN.
