Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to contribute to our leading Tax Practice. You will be instrumental in providing strategic advice and implementation support to clients navigating complex tax landscapes.

Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions. Draft compelling submissions and appeals for tax authorities.

Conduct in-depth benchmarking studies and advise clients on maintaining arm's length pricing. Represent clients before various tax authorities, including TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A).

Assist with Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments. This includes crucial planning initiatives such as cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and intellectual property restructuring. Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity. Visit clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business operations and conduct functional interviews.

We are seeking a qualified CA with preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of international tax regulations.

Essential skills include proficiency in CA-related competencies and practical experience in Transfer Pricing. A solid understanding of benchmarking databases like Prowess and Capitaline is also beneficial. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities are paramount for success in this role.
