Key responsibilities include preparing and filing accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions. You will draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities, conduct benchmarking studies using databases like Prowess and Capitaline, and advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing.

This role involves representing clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). You will also assist in TP advisory, restructuring assignments, cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, drafting agreements, and intellectual property restructuring. Advising on domestic transfer pricing amendments and reviewing inter-company agreements are also crucial aspects. Client visits and functional interviews will be part of understanding their business operations.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong understanding of TP advisory, compliance, APA, and controversy management is essential. Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Prowess and Capitaline is required.

Excellent drafting and communication skills are necessary for preparing submissions and representing clients. The ability to conduct functional interviews and understand diverse business models is also valued.
