You will contribute to complex advisory and implementation strategies for multinational corporations, leveraging both business and technology insights.

Prepare and file Form 3CEB for multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising on appropriate arm's length methods. Represent clients before various tax authorities. Support transfer pricing advisory, restructuring, cost allocation, and profit planning assignments. Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements. Conduct client visits and functional interviews to understand business operations.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. Ideally, candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical foundation and conceptual clarity are crucial for success in this role. This position is based in Delhi.
