Key responsibilities include preparing and filing Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions, drafting submissions and appeals for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline. You will also advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing through advisory planning memos, represent clients before various tax authorities, and assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments.

Further involvement includes key Transfer Pricing Planning assignments such as cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to a low-risk model, drafting agreements, and intellectual property restructuring. You will advise clients on domestic transfer pricing amendments, review inter-company agreements, and conduct client visits for functional interviews to understand their business operations.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with ideally 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The role requires a proactive individual who can engage with clients, understand their business intricacies, and provide strategic transfer pricing solutions. A strong analytical aptitude and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
