Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) for cross-border transactions.

Draft submissions and appeals in the required format for tax authorities.

Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, providing arm's length recommendations.

Represent clients before various tax authorities, including TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A).

Assist with transfer pricing advisory, restructuring, and planning assignments, including cost allocation and profit planning.

Advise on the applicability of domestic transfer pricing amendments.

Review inter-company agreements for accuracy and authenticity.

Conduct client visits to understand business operations and perform functional interviews.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.

Ideally, possess 1-2 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing.

Strong understanding of cross-border transactions, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies and preparing advisory memos.

Excellent drafting skills for submissions and appeals.

Ability to represent clients effectively before tax authorities.

Good client-facing and communication skills to understand business needs and conduct interviews.

Familiarity with domestic transfer pricing amendments is beneficial.
