You will play a crucial role in managing cross-border transactions and providing strategic tax advice to multinational corporations.

Prepare and file Form 3CEB, detailing multinational corporations' cross-border transactions. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities with precision. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, advising clients on appropriate arm's length principles. Represent clients before tax authorities such as TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A). Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring, including cost allocation and profit planning. Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements. Visit clients to understand their business operations and conduct functional interviews.

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. While not mandatory, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Experience with tax databases like Prowess and Capitaline is beneficial. You should be adept at client interaction and problem-solving.
