Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing (TP) advisory, compliance, APA, and controversy management. This role is based in Bengaluru and offers a unique opportunity to work with multinational corporations, contributing to their complex cross-border transactions and tax strategies.

As part of Deloitte's renowned Tax Practice, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that address our clients' most pressing business and technology challenges in their competitive markets.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) for international transactions, drafting submissions and appeals for tax authorities, and conducting benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline.

You will also represent clients before various tax authorities, assist in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring, and advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments. Reviewing inter-company agreements and conducting client visits for functional interviews are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with preferably 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, experience with tax compliance, and the ability to conduct financial analysis. Excellent communication and drafting skills are necessary to interact with tax authorities and clients effectively.
