Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions. Draft precise submissions and appeals for tax authorities. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline, recommending appropriate arm's length pricing. Represent clients before tax authorities, including TPOs, AOs, and CIT(A).

Assist in Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments. Engage in key planning initiatives like cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and intellectual property restructuring. Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments and review inter-company agreements.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of prior experience in Transfer Pricing. The ability to visit clients, understand their businesses, and conduct functional interviews is also crucial for this role.
