This role focuses on TP compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and controversy management for multinational corporations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients navigate complex cross-border transactions and regulatory landscapes effectively.

We are seeking professionals with a strong understanding of tax regulations and a keen eye for detail to support our clients' financial and operational success.

Prepare and file accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) detailing cross-border transactions for multinational corporations. Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities, ensuring adherence to appropriate legal syntax. Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline databases to determine appropriate arm's length pricing and provide advisory planning memos. Represent clients before tax authorities including TPOs, AOs, and CIT (A). Assist with Transfer Pricing advisory and restructuring assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, and low-risk model implementation. Advise clients on the applicability of domestic transfer pricing amendments. Review inter-company agreements between subsidiaries for accuracy and authenticity. Engage with clients to understand their business operations through functional interviews.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential. Demonstrated experience, preferably 1-2 years, in Transfer Pricing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions. Proficiency in conducting financial analysis and preparing detailed reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
