Join our dynamic TP Advisory team in Ahmedabad as an Assistant Manager, specializing in Compliance, APA, and Controversy management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex transfer pricing matters for multinational corporations within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

Deloitte's Tax Practice is renowned for its innovative approach to solving client challenges. We provide end-to-end strategy and implementation services, leveraging business and technology insights to help clients excel in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities include preparing and filing accountant's reports (Form 3CEB) for cross-border transactions. You will also draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities and conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline to advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing.

Further duties involve representing clients before various tax authorities like TPOs and CIT(A), assisting in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring, and engaging in planning assignments. This includes cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to low-risk models, agreement drafting, and intellectual property restructuring.

You will advise clients on domestic transfer pricing amendments, review inter-company agreements for correctness, and visit clients to understand their businesses through functional interviews.

We are seeking a qualified CA with a preferred 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. This onsite role is based in Ahmedabad, India.
