Join our engineering team as a detail-oriented QA Engineer, focused on ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of innovative solutions built with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role is key to testing low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI experiences, working closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust products.

We are looking for a professional who can drive test strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining high standards throughout the software development lifecycle, particularly within data integration and AI/ML-enabled features.

Define and uphold the QA strategy, test approach, and comprehensive coverage for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts across all SDLC phases.

Perform thorough functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate critical components like Dataverse/Databricks tables, Power Automate flows, relationships, security roles, and data integrity rules. Design and execute conversation test scenarios, including context handling, ambiguity, and error recovery. Conduct regression testing for AI bot behavior changes, API testing for REST services and custom integrations using tools like Postman/JMeter, and test data integrations involving Azure Databricks and Azure Storage. Plan and execute performance and load tests, utilizing JMeter for traffic simulation and reporting. Identify, document, and track defects effectively. Communicate test status, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders, while collaborating to clarify acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. Contribute to evolving QA best practices and reusable automation frameworks.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in QA/testing, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Essential experience includes hands-on testing of Power Automate workflows and data-centric applications.

Demonstrate working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies (NLU, multi-turn flows) is crucial. A strong understanding of software testing principles, including test design, execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting, is expected. Experience with API testing using Postman and performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner, including analysis and reporting, is required. The ability to validate AI/ML outputs and collaborate with data teams on statistical checks is important. Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for API, regression, and chatbot validation is highly valued. Proficiency in Python for scripted validation and automation is preferred.
