Lead the definition and maintenance of QA strategies and test approaches for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts across the Software Development Life Cycle. Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure data integrity and application performance. Design and execute conversational test scenarios for AI bots, including multi-turn context and ambiguity handling. Perform API testing for REST services and Azure ML endpoints, and validate data integrations with Azure Databricks and Dataverse. Contribute to the development of automation frameworks and reusable test assets, identifying and tracking defects using industry-standard tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of testing experience, including 1-2 years specifically with Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Demonstrated hands-on experience testing Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, and APIs using tools like Postman is essential. A solid understanding of Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage is required. Familiarity with chatbot testing methodologies, including NLU and multi-turn flows, is also necessary. Experience with performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner, and a foundational understanding of AI/ML output validation are highly valued. The ability to develop and maintain automation scripts for API testing and chatbot validation is key to success in this role.
