You will collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assure the quality, performance, reliability, and compliance of solutions. This position involves leading test planning and execution across various components, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities include defining the QA strategy and approach for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. You will create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts throughout the SDLC. This involves performing various types of testing, including functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end.

Responsibilities also encompass validating data integrity within Dataverse/Databricks, ensuring Power Automate flows and security roles are correctly configured. You will design and execute conversation test scenarios for chatbots, perform regression testing for AI bot behavior, and conduct API testing using tools like Postman and JMeter. Planning and executing performance and load tests, identifying and tracking defects using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and communicating test status to stakeholders are also key duties.

We are looking for candidates with over 3 years of QA experience, including 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Essential hands-on experience includes testing Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, and familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage.

Strong candidates will possess working knowledge of Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies and a solid understanding of software testing principles. Experience with API testing using Postman and performance testing tools like JMeter is required. The ability to validate AI/ML outputs, collaborate with data teams, and develop automation scripts for API testing, regression suites, and chatbot validation is crucial. Familiarity with Python for automation is preferred.
