- Lead and influence the development of a formal Global Quality Services Framework. - Support the creation of comprehensive software quality assurance test strategies. - Guide and influence development teams in implementing formal quality frameworks. - Develop and maintain software quality assurance test strategies and methodologies. - Ensure alignment of test plans and timelines with project milestones. - Manage test scenarios and execute test cases across all testing phases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and approve testing approaches. - Generate regular reports on test execution, defects, and other quality metrics.

- Minimum six years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and software testing, with a strong foundation in Java. - At least two years of experience in test automation using Java is essential. - Proven experience with API testing and debugging tools, such as Postman or equivalent. - Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA or Rally is required. - Experience working in virtual testing environments for at least two years. - Demonstrated experience in an informal lead role for at least one year, collaborating with technical teams. - Proficiency in Testing Fundamentals, Karate framework, Java, Selenium, Appium, API Testing, and Functional Testing is mandatory.
