Drive the implementation of advanced Java solutions, focusing on Spring Boot and enterprise integration patterns, ensuring code quality and adherence to engineering standards.

Architect and oversee the development of RESTful APIs and microservices, applying best practices for versioning, error handling, and backward compatibility.

Leverage AWS expertise to design and deploy cloud-native services, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, security, and reliability.

Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce high standards for clean code, design principles, and secure coding practices.

Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the JVM, APIs, databases, and network layers.

Establish robust observability and reliability frameworks, including logging, metrics, tracing, and on-call readiness, for production services.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready Java services and APIs in enterprise settings.

Possess prior team leadership experience, whether formal or informal, demonstrated through successful sprint execution, technical mentorship, and effective cross-team coordination.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives from initial design through successful delivery, adeptly managing dependencies, trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment.

Skilled in producing comprehensive architecture documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and sequence diagrams, and communicating technical decisions clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience designing and operating cloud-hosted applications, with a strong emphasis on security, monitoring, and cost-conscious development practices.
