Define and architect scalable service boundaries, data flows, and resiliency patterns for complex systems. Develop and implement advanced Java applications using Spring Boot and enterprise integration patterns. Design robust RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring versioning, error handling, and backward compatibility. Lead cloud-native service design and deployment on AWS, prioritizing cost, security, and reliability. Foster a culture of engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, mentorship, and enforcement of coding standards. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the technology stack, implementing effective optimization strategies. Establish and maintain observability, reliability standards, and on-call readiness for production services. Ensure adherence to security best practices in API design and service implementation.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready Java services and APIs in enterprise settings. Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including sprint execution, technical guidance, and cross-team collaboration. Experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives from conception through successful delivery, managing dependencies and trade-offs. Proficiency in producing architecture documentation (HLD/LLD, sequence diagrams) and communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Experience designing and managing cloud-hosted applications with a strong emphasis on security, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
