This role is within our National TAX division, a sector-agnostic team providing comprehensive tax services across various industries. The GCR (Global Compliance and Reporting) and ACR (Assurance, Compliance, and Reporting) teams offer specialized expertise in an era of rapid change, leveraging deep knowledge, advanced technology, and a global network to guide clients in making informed business decisions and navigating complex tax landscapes worldwide.

Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation and review of financial statements according to applicable accounting standards. You will oversee TDS and GST compliance, managing returns, reconciliations, and coordination with tax teams. The role involves working with ERP-based accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness, preparing and reviewing reports in MS Excel, and assisting with analysis and documentation.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue resolution. This position also requires managing and reviewing the work of 2-3 team members, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. Adherence to EY's quality, documentation, and compliance requirements is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
