As an Assistant Manager, you will manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. Key duties include overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities. You will also manage month-end and year-end closures, prepare financial statements under Indian GAAP or Ind AS, and support various audit requirements.

Your role will involve managing TDS and GST compliance, including data preparation, review, and reconciliation. You will review team deliverables, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Adaptability and responsiveness to business priorities, especially during critical periods, are essential.

We are seeking a finance professional with a CA or CMA qualification and 4-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and period-end closing processes. Proficiency in AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger operations is required.

Practical knowledge of TDS, GST, and associated compliance is essential. Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with strong MIS reporting skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, is necessary. The ability to leverage AI and digital tools for efficiency is a plus. Prior experience managing a team of 3-4 members is also a requirement.
